We collect only the minimum data necessary, and solely to reply to you or to organise your stay. Nothing is sold on or passed on for advertising purposes.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone number and message. Used solely to reply to you.
- Cottage booking: identity, contact details, postal address and the make-up of your party. Required for the rental agreement and for collecting the tourist tax.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank details never pass through our servers and are never stored by us.
Retention period
Contact messages: 3 years. Booking records: 3 years after the end of the stay, except where accounting obligations require invoicing documents to be kept for longer.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no request is sent to any external service when you visit.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of or erasure of your data by writing to informations@alpaganie.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
