Rental terms

Booking
Any booking request is confirmed once availability has been checked, the holiday rental agreement has been signed and a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay has been paid. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation
If the tenant cancels, the deposit is retained by the owner. If the owner cancels, all sums paid are refunded in full.
Security deposit
A security deposit is requested on arrival. It is not cashed and is returned within fifteen days of departure, less the cost of any damage found.
Capacity and pets
The number of occupants may not exceed the stated capacity of the accommodation. Pets are not allowed: our alpacas and the other farm animals roam freely around the cottages.
Stays bookable online range from 2 to 30 nights; some periods may require a longer minimum stay. For a longer stay, please contact us.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the local authority and paid over to it. It is shown on a separate line from the cost of the stay.
Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation), the tenant may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge.
